There is a huge selection of plastic plates on the plastics market with a variety of technical properties, structure, transparency, thickness, etc.

Our favorite material – plexiglass (PMMA, acrylic) can be colorless, colored – colored in structure for different colors, transparent colored, white – opal for illumination, fluorescent, mirror, also in the form of pipes, rods, blocks. Other materials we use are:
– high impact polystyrene – HIPS – white and colored, excellent for thermoforming and indoor applications,
– PVC – hard and foamed plates,
– PET, PETG – mechanically resistant plates, great for thermoforming,
– PC – polycarbonate.

We work on the basis with designs and drawings received from customers, or we find solutions and design ourselves. We work in the following programs: Rhino, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW. We create visualizations, design molds, and develop technical documentation.

For cutting plastic plates we are using:
– saw
– CNC milling plotters with a table surface of 2100 mm x 3100 mm
– Lasers with a maximum power of 200 W and a maximum table surface of 2000 mm x ∞

We can cut any shapes with an accuracy of 0.2 mm.

Our thermal bending machines allow you to bend panels up to 3050 mm in length and 20 mm thick. With over 1000 pieces, we can bend the elements on the arc (any rays) up to 2000 mm long.

We glue PMMA, PS, PVC panels with all one- and two-component adhesives and UV adhesives available on the market. We cut the edges of the boards at any angles and we glue with very high quality without air bubbles. We make hermetic bathtubs and aquariums. We dump paper prints and small objects between plexiglass (tombstone) plates.

The polished edges are obtained after laser cutting, diamond cutting, mechanically or flame.

We design and make MDF molds or special resins with the addition of aluminum. We specialize in small parts, our thermoforming machines have the format of 1000 x 750 mm.

We offer printed products made directly on plastic by screen printing, stamping, digital printing. We stick the elements with the plotter foil, we also apply stickers from the offset. Our special laser allows for precise engraving of elements up to 600 x 400 mm format.

We have reliable cooperators with whom we have been working for many years. Among them there are producers of elements made of metal, cardboard, wood and electronics.
We undertake major projects together. We are able to coordinate assembly and punctual deliveries.
